What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT™)?
RTT ™ is a great, innovative method consisting of a number of unique techniques that were developed by the founder Marisa Peer in her more than 30 years as a therapist. Her method combines many respected approaches from modern psychology, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, healing, counseling and coaching.
By tracking down and becoming aware of old thought and feeling patterns, blockages are dissolved and redirected into new, positive paths. Thus, RTT ™ leads to extraordinary changes in physical, emotional and mental issues that manifest themselves permanently and help those affected to a positive and satisfied attitude towards life.

How does RTT ™ differ from other methods?

Many people who have seen Marisa Peer and her work live say that her real talent is making the complex simple and attainable. This is just one of the reasons for her great success. Moreover the groundbreaking, neuroscience-based form of therapy produces quick and lasting results (often in just one to three sessions). That is why long therapy is not necessary. This succeeds because RTT ™ does not treat the symptoms of the clients, but rather determines the root of the issues for each client individually and in this way creates lasting changes. Marisa teaches that people are not born with negative beliefs and habits, but acquire them. RTT ™ examines these beliefs and helps clients to understand and reformulate them and thereby dissolve deep-seated blockages. With RTT ™ people learn to think differently about their future.
Which issues / problems can RTT ™ help you with?
The method can be used in a variety of ways. It can be used for emotional, physical and mental pain and difficulties.
Examples of this are addictions (alcohol, shopping, gambling, smoking, sugar, drugs, etc.), lack of confidence, low self-esteem, absence of motivation, procrastination, infertility, pregnancy, fears, stress, relationship problems, sleep disorders, pain and many more.

What happens in a session?

First of all, we clarify which issue you would like to work on with RTT ™. Together we narrow down the topic and set your goals in order to develop an awareness of what you hope to get from the session and what impact the change will have on your life.
If all open questions are answered, I will put you in a deep relaxation state. This state is very similar to sleep, as the nervous system comes to rest and your external environment fades take a backseat while you are completely with yourself. You are in control of yourself and your body throughout the whole session. You can speak and move as you are used to and leave the deep relaxation state at any time. And of course it is not possible to suggest something that disagrees with your values. People get out of relaxation if something like this happens.
Various techniques are now used to get to the cause of the issue. With your support, we will work out the meaning and interpretation of past events that you have assigned, in order to subsequently change them in your favor.
At the end of the session, an individual recording will be made for you. It will be send to you after the session. You should listen to the recording for at least three weeks every day to achieve the best possible results. This is the only way to generate permanent and sustainable change.

When and how do I feel the changes?
As different as the people are, they react differently to the sessions. It is therefore completely normal that everyone has a different feeling for the changes. Basically, three different perceptions can be distinguished. Most people immediately feel a massive change in their physiology, thoughts, and behaviors during and immediately after their session. Many others perceive the changes cumulatively, i.e. see a continuous change daily or over time. Of course, an immediate effect is desirable, but no matter what happens, there is there is all kinds of clearing at a deep level. Some people perceive the changes retrospectively. They only notice differences after a few weeks when they look back and then observe changes in their life back then. In any case, listening to the recording is crucial in order to support all three experiences of change. Because the mind learns through repetition and how many repetitions each needs depends on the person himself.

Where and how does the session take place?
The RTT™ sessions are currently taking place online. This means you can freely choose where you are during this time and make it as comfortable as possible according to your own needs. We recommend a private room/home where you are undisturbed and feel absolutely safe and comfortable. This will help you relax during the session. You can also let the effects of the session sink in at your leisure afterwards.
All conversations are treated as strictly confidential and all DATA is stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Declaration (GDPR).
